In life, it means I'm always learning new things and set ambitious personal goals: self-growth, writing a record, learning Spanish, running a marathon.
My Hobbies
When not working, I write & record music as Stephen Kay. I play board games, run long-distance, and travel the world.
My Travels

I think about problems by balancing flexible long-term vision with the tactics we need to execute right now.

I began at RideCo, becoming an expert in consultative sales and public transit. We grew from 10 to 50 people in my 6 years , shaping a brand new market.
I transitioned to Lane Technologies in 2021 to direct the growth of their new Customer Solutions Consulting team.
Following our acquisition by VTS, I have again started a new team, directing the unification of 5 products into one cohesive Customer Journey.
